REGULATIONS

Airport Pick Up Procedures

First collect your bags, next identify your exiting door, then call us at 1-866-546-6018. The dispatcher will give you the vehicle's color, licence number, and the estimated arrival time. The average time for the vehicle's arrival is between 8-10 minutes.

Baggage and Gate Meets

For this service a driver will walk to meet you at either the baggage claim area or the gate. For both the passenger has the choice of walking to the vehicle with the driver or waiting for the driver to retrun.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATION

Cancellation or change of service within Chicago must be made at least one hour in advance of pickup for sedans and two hours for limousine.

Cancellation or change of an airport pick up must be made at least two hours prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellation of fares out side of Chicago area ust be made at least four hours prior to the scheduled time.

Our policy states that all no shows or late cancellation less than one hour will be charged full price. Late airline arrival are not considered a "NO SHOW" or late notice.
